The Second National Conference on Family Businesses, held under the theme “Entrepreneurial Families, Committed to Iran”, took place on December 16, 2025, at the conference hall of the Isfahan Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Mohammad Abooyee Ardakan, President of the Fazli Center for Business Leadership Development, participated in the panel titled “Co-Creation Ecosystem of Family Businesses.” The panel focused on the interaction between education, research, academic institutions, and supporting foundations within the family business ecosystem.During his remarks, Dr. Abooyee Ardakan elaborated on the formation process, objectives, and strategic roadmap of the Fazli Center for Business Leadership Development.
He stated that, with reference to the documented frameworks and developed plans, the Center’s programs constitute a strategic response to the needs of the family business ecosystem and to the development of future-generation leaders.
Dr. Abooyee Ardakan emphasized in his remarks that one of the major challenges in the country’s business environment is the lack of specialized institutions for the systematic development of business leaders. He further stated that the Fazli Center for Business Leaders Development aims to bridge the gap between the practical experience of economic actors and global academic and educational standards.
