This center is considered a demand-driven research institute and was established with the permission of the Board of Directors of the University of Tehran in the form of an industry-adjacent research-industrial institute, as a comprehensive model of cooperation between the University of Tehran (a symbol of higher education in Iran) and the Golrang Industrial Group (a symbol of one of the leading industrial and technological groups in Iran). To this end, Golrang Industrial Group, as a supporter and provider of growth and learning opportunities for students and young managers, supports the institution without any financial benefit. At the same time, the University of Tehran provides intellectual property rights and scientific networks for this institution.
