برگزاری سمینار NextGen Talk


The NextGen Talk seminar was held on Monday, December 24 (3 Dey), at Professor Sedghi Hall, College of Management, University of Tehran. The seminar was organized by the Fazli Center for Business Leadership Development in collaboration with the Scientific Association of the College of Management, University of Tehran, and focused on the topic of the next generation of leaders.
The first speaker, Dr. Mohammad Abooyee, faculty member of the University of Tehran, introduced the Fazli Center for Business Leadership Development and spoke about how individuals can become their own employers. He also discussed leadership mindset and elaborated on the concept of “Every Student is a Leader.”
The second speaker, Erfan Nazemi, a public relations specialist, spoke about soft skills in management and leadership and explained six essential soft skills that every business leader should possess. He also discussed the differences between the skill sets required for today’s leaders and those of the future.
The third speaker, Arash Barahmand, Editor-in-Chief of Peyvast Monthly, discussed Iran’s startup ecosystem and shared stories of various Iranian startups. He also highlighted the importance of storytelling in business, emphasizing its growing role in today’s corporate world.
In the final part of the seminar, participants engaged in a Q&A session with the speakers. Mr. Nazemi shared his professional experiences at Mrbelit and discussed challenges in his career path. while Mr. Barahmand spoke about his early career in public relations and journalism and analyzed the trajectory of startup development.
At the conclusion of the event, the Fazli Center for Business Leadership Development presented appreciation certificates to the speakers and organizers, and participants engaged in networking sessions with faculty members.
